A private buyer has purchased a 22-unit apartment building in Bloomfield for $3.65 million, according to a brokerage team with Hudson Atlantic Realty.

The firm, which announced the deal on Friday, said the property at 42 Park Ave. is in the downtown and within walking distance of two train stations. Adding to the appeal of the all-brick building is its on-site storage units and laundry, the brokerage said, noting that the collection of one- and two-bedroom units has a mix of hardwood flooring and tiled bathrooms.

Montclair owner sells 56-unit rental portfolio after 25 years, Hudson Atlantic says

A longtime owner has sold a two-building, 56-unit apartment portfolio in Montclair for $13.5 million, in a deal arranged by Hudson Atlantic Realty.

According to the brokerage team, the properties include 27 units at 10 Roosevelt Place and 29 units 47 North Fullerton Ave. The brick structures are about a half-mile apart, providing residents with a short walk to NJ Transit’s Walnut Street and Bay Street stations.

Hudson Atlantic Realty closes on $13.5M Montclair multifamily sale

Hudson Atlantic Realty recently announced its latest closing, a $13.5 million sale of two properties in Montclair.

Located at 10 Roosevelt Place and 47 North Fullerton Ave., the assets include 56 residential units and one commercial unit in a Transit Village at the foot of the First Watchung Mountain. The brick buildings include a mix of studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments.

Old Bridge multifamily properties trade for $25 million, Hudson Atlantic says

An investor has purchased a pair of multifamily properties in Old Bridge for nearly $25 million, in a newly announced deal by Hudson Atlantic Realty.

According to the brokerage firm, the portfolio includes the mixed-use Old Bridge Town Center property, which has 27 apartments and 19,000 square feet of commercial space. The second asset is Geick Park Residency, a new 33-unit age-restricted complex at 4143 Route 516.
