Brokerage firm Hudson Atlantic Realty is marking more than $200 million in transaction volume in the first half of 2022, having arranged the sale of more than 1,000 apartments across 11 deals.

According to the Matawan-based team, the activity has fueled a strong start in its first full year of operation. Those deals came thanks in part to what the firm described as cutting-edge market intelligence and deep relationships within the investment and development communities.

Hudson Atlantic: Stratford apartments trade for first time in 60 years, fetching $9.5 million

The owner of an 82-unit apartment complex in Camden County has sold the property for the first time in its 59-year history, in a deal arranged by Hudson Atlantic Realty.

The seller, whose name was undisclosed, reaped $9.5 million in the trade of Cornell Manor on Columbia Avenue in Stratford. In announcing the deal, the brokerage team said the property is minutes from major highways and public transportation, providing easy access to regional employment centers including downtown Philadelphia

A private investor has purchased a four-building, 96-unit apartment portfolio in East Orange for $15.6 million, in a newly announced transaction by Hudson Atlantic Realty.

Located minutes from mass transit and the city’s downtown, the properties include 30 Beech St., 46 South Arlington Ave., 6 Glenwood Ave. and 363 Park Ave. Hudson Atlantic announced the deal Thursday, noting that each building is recently renovated with hardwood floors, upgraded kitchens, on-site laundry and separately metered utility services.

A private buyer has purchased a 22-unit apartment building in Bloomfield for $3.65 million, according to a brokerage team with Hudson Atlantic Realty.

The firm, which announced the deal on Friday, said the property at 42 Park Ave. is in the downtown and within walking distance of two train stations. Adding to the appeal of the all-brick building is its on-site storage units and laundry, the brokerage said, noting that the collection of one- and two-bedroom units has a mix of hardwood flooring and tiled bathrooms.
